Byron Wellness Community provides long-term care to residents with complex medical conditions, and the organization has recently moved to a new, state-of-the-art facility. With greater capacity to serve our community, Byron needed help growing its team.

In 2021, the Haunted Castle and Black Forest celebrates its 40th anniversary, not only in family-friendly spooks—but also in being a major source of financial support for St. Vincent Boy Scouts. We supported the organization in this momentous year through a digital campaign.

There are many barometers for a community’s vitality—from the range of arts & cultural offerings on any given night or weekend to the number of cranes across our skyline. But few things reflect a community’s arrival like a thriving, interesting and unique restaurant and bar scene.

At OLG, we’re a band—of creatives, project managers and problem solvers. But, more importantly, we’re sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, moms and dads, friends, partners. We’re a lot of important things, to a lot of important people, and our single instrument—ourselves—needs to be taken care of, first.

It seems I’m often looking for an excuse to work on a new, fun illustration—and many times that’s seen in my gig poster work. But up until recent months, there haven’t been a lot of shows. The result was an exploration into a game design where I’d have the opportunity to do several new visuals all centered around one theme. 

At OLG, we believe in the power of place branding. We've worked with trusted collaborators and partners to produce myriad community development and placemaking campaigns throughout the country—but the work we do right here, in Allen County… it’s special. We’re passionate about the community we call home.

In less than a week, I’ll be trading in my OLG swag for my Allen County Fairgrounds Board of Directors t-shirt. I’ll spend my week bringing joy to families by running countless events during the Allen County Fair—like Kids Day, the hot air balloon flight and glow, Art & Music Night and Little Miss coronation.
