Engaging the Community

For more than 50 years, companies throughout Northeast Indiana, Ohio and beyond have trusted Briner Building to bring their ideas to life through comprehensive design/build solutions.

While Briner is known for its industry-leading construction services, it sought to better tell its story and engage with the community—showcasing its capabilities and lasting relationships with clients, and highlighting its culture and values to create a pipeline for talent attraction and retention—through social media.

OLG manages Briner Building’s Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. Since our social media partnership began two years ago, the platforms have seen significant success.

We worked with the Briner Building team to create and launch Briner Building’s Instagram account from the ground up, and since, it has grown to more than 100 engaged followers, with an average quarterly engagement rate of 14%.

Briner Building’s Facebook following has grown more than 50%—from 279 followers to 438. With more than 10,000 average quarterly impressions (the number of times a post enters a person’s screen), Facebook provides great brand awareness for Briner Building.

From 55 to 325 followers, Briner’s LinkedIn account has grown by almost 500%, and maintains significant impressions at an average of almost 11,000 each quarter.

As part of our engagement, OLG creates an annual social media strategy, curates and creates content across platforms according to the strategy, monitors engagement and creates a quarterly social media report.
