Branding That Makes Life Beautiful

Greg Trahin and Ryan Getty of The Urban Petal came to One Lucky Guitar looking for help branding their growing design and floral décor services for weddings and other special events.

You might know Greg and Ryan already, because they own Trigetty Designs, a landscape and seasonal décor business. Up to this point, Trigetty Designs housed all of their design offerings, including those for special events. Trigetty Designs works with everyone from homeowners, to brides and grooms, to brands like Vera Bradley.

Feeling ready to embrace their special event design services as its own brand personality, Greg and Ryan asked OLG for help with creating a visual identity.

Fort Wayne, meet The Urban Petal.

The Urban Petal quickly took their new branding on the road for a bridal show, because The Big Fake Wedding asked them to provide floral arrangements at the reception. The Big Fake Wedding is an alternative bridal show where attendees pay to be “guests” at a full-scale wedding.

This was a great opportunity for The Urban Petal to share their new brand identity. So OLG designed business cards, a handout and landing page. OLG also took photos of The Urban Petal tablescapes and floral designs for the brochure and social media.

Most recently, The Urban Petal styled a photo shoot for the October issue of Fort Wayne Weddings magazine. As a result, OLG designed a print ad introducing The Urban Petal to future brides and grooms of northeast Indiana.

Greg and Ryan bring real passion and care to their craft. Us OLG’ers can relate; our collaboration with The Urban Petal was a natural fit!

We’re excited to see the continued growth of The Urban Petal—and all of the ways they make people’s lives beautiful.

Keep up with The Urban Petal by following them on Instagram or Facebook.
