These were a few of the questions the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne (CFGFW) sought to answer when they commissioned Transform Consulting Group (TCG) to conduct a study on Fort Wayne’s social sector. The Social Sector Ecosystem Strategy Report: Collaborate for Change examines the current state of the social sector in the Greater Fort Wayne area and includes opportunities to improve the social sector and create positive change. The result is a new model and plan that will produce a more connected and supported system.
One Lucky Guitar partnered with CFGFW and TCG to create a report that reflected those results. We prioritized presenting the results in digestible, actionable way—making it easier for community partners to leverage the data as they seek funding and support in the important work they do. We made sure the report reflected the Community Foundation’s voice and brand, positioning them as conveners of this crucial work.
