In early 2019, we were approached by Northwest Allen County Schools (NACS) to partner on a comprehensive brand strategy consultation. The district, made up of seven elementary schools (soon to be eight!), two middle schools and one high school is well known in our community for their academic excellence, and has been lauded at the state level for their schools’ academic and athletic performance. Each school in the district its own little community.

2024 marks Allen County, Indiana’s bicentennial. To mark the occasion, OLG partnered with the Bicentennial Commission, History Center and Genealogy Center to create Together, We Soar—a mini-documentary highlighting the history of our community.

YEP—Youth Empowered Philanthropy— is a program ran by the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne that teaches high schoolers in Allen County about the world of charitable giving. Each year, a select group of students in grades 10-12 meet—not only learn about nonprofit work—but to make real decisions, with real money, to create an impact in the community.

Alive Community Outreach (ACO) is most known for its Peacemaker Academy, but it sought to raise awareness for its overarching mission: to cultivate a community of nonviolence through relationships and education. To do so, they engaged OLG to develop a compelling donor case statement to help them tell their story and raise funds. A growing organization, this piece needed to demonstrate its history and expertise, while also casting a vision for the future.
