Recently, The Landing announced the floor plans for the first 14 (of 70) new, historic-meets-modern apartments, located at 123 Columbia Street. Needless to say, these apartments are gorgeous. Sign us up!
As these 14 units went to market, One Lucky Guitar worked alongside The Model Group, developers of The Landing Fort Wayne, to create an event that would give interested, potential residents a first-look at the units. OLG marketed, produced and even served as guides for ‘Life on The Landing’—the sold-out tours on April 28.
