Engaging the Agbiosciences

AgriNovus Indiana is an organization that fuels growth in Indiana’s agbioscience economy through a focus on entrepreneurship, business growth and talent development. One way they build a talent pipeline to meet the needs of employers is through their Field Atlas initiative.

Field Atlas is an online platform that invites students to discover innovation-driven careers in the agbiosciences. With tremendous opportunities in this field begging the attention of students, universities, employers and stakeholders, One Lucky Guitar partnered with AgriNovus to elevate awareness of Field Atlas through a booth display, overview brochure, digital strategy and a special display for the National FFA Convention.

The digital strategy included both organic and paid social media. Our goals, objectives and tactics outlined recommendations and best practices that would increase engagement among Field Atlas’s target audiences.

This work builds upon other talent attraction initiatives in Indiana that OLG has had the honor of contributing to—such as OrthoWorx Think Ortho, Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership Talent Made Here and WorkOne Northeast One-Up Your Future.

Thank you, AgriNovus, for your commitment to developing a talented and skilled workforce in our state!
