Hey everyone
TONIGHT: We’re so excited to present Clem Snide’s Eef Barzelay, performing at 1301 Lafayette in the building OLG calls home. At this very special show, Eef will be debuting new songs from Clem Snide’s forthcoming album, Songs for Mary.
As a reminder, this concert kicks off three amazing, one-time-only shows over the course of seven days at 1301 Lafayette, our own lil’ Luckhaus Society League:
Weds, May 23rd: Eef Barzelay (Clem Snide), 8PM. $15. Advance tickets.
Saturday, May 26th: Bike-It, The Art of the Bicycle, 7–11PM, all ages. Free. Don’t miss this incredible opening, featuring many of Fort Wayne’s finest artists celebrating the two-wheeled vehicles we all love. This event coincides with The Cultural District’s Last Saturdays events and Fort4Fitness’ Spring Cycle cycling event.
Weds, May 30th: Tim Rogers (You Am I) w/s/g The Brass Quintet (The Phil), 8PM, 18+. $7 (or $5 with Barzelay ticket). Advance tickets.
FAQ FOR TONIGHT’S EEF BARZELAY CONCERT
Will tickets be available at the door?
Yes. $15. You can also get on will call by visiting Brown Paper Tickets.
And remember, add on next week’s Tim Rogers’ show for just $5 more.
Where is the show?
1301 Lafayette Street in downtown Fort Wayne. The concert will be in the Lotus Gallery on the first floor.
What time are doors?
Around 7:45PM. There’s a yoga class from 6:30–7:30, and we’ll need just a short bit of time to set up.
What time will music start?
About a half an hour after the doors open. 8:15-ish.
Do I need to line up outside to get a good seat?
Not really. It’s a super-small, intimate space. Every seat is gold.
Will there be chairs?
Yes. But you’re welcome to sit on the floor, right in front of Eef. (Really, you are.)
All ages?
Of course. But if your baby starts crying, maybe take him or her outside.
Is this really an acoustic show, with no PA or sound system?
Well, we’ve decided to have a PA on-hand, just in case.
What if I’m going to arrive late?
That’s cool, but it’ll be a pretty quiet show, so you might not want to holler on your way in.
Is there an opening act?
Yes. Chris Otepka from Heligoats. He’s excellent.
Beer? Bottled water? Coffee?
Very important! This show is BYO: Bring Your Own.
What about next week for Tim Rogers?
Very similar setup, except 18+. Oh, and The Phil’s Brass Quintet is opening!!
Can’t wait to see you all!
