We think we’re pretty lucky at OLG. Yes, it has to do with the name. But more than that—we pride ourselves on the “three-for-three.”
That’s—
We work with people we trust.
We work for people we respect.
We do work we can believe in.
Like I said, lucky, right?
While most of that doesn’t actually stem from luck, we’re thankful for these partnerships, and the opportunity to do something special to honor the great work they do.
On pretty much every project we work on with Changing the Face of Beauty (CtFoB), it ends with at least half of OLG’ers tearing up. Because the work they do tees to us to hit our three-for-three with the world—and the world with itself.
Changing the Face of Beauty stands for a culture that is more accepting of our differences and inclusive of all forms of beauty.
So, yeah, we’re with that.
We know a lot of people who fight this battle every day. Because most people have someone in their lives who struggles with some kind of disability. And, when we heard the song Dandy Walker, we were inspired to meld these two worlds together with a music video.
Dandy Walker is a song written by singer-songwriter and OLG friend Cassie Beer, of Rosalind & The Way. Her son was born with malformations in his brain that resulted in developmental delays. His struggles, and overcoming them, inspired Cassie to write this song.
To CtFoB for the important work they do and Rosalind & The Way for using their platform for this cause, thank you. This small gift to you doesn’t shine nearly as brightly as your gift to the world.
CtFoB partners featured in this video include Infantino, Land O’Frost, Livie & Luca, Matilda Jane Clothing and OLG. Rosalind & The Way appears courtesy of Marble Lounge Records. Shot and edited by One Lucky Guitar.
