PROJECT OVERVIEW
Since 1888, Stillwater Hospice has served families in Northeast Indiana with compassion and love. Formerly Visiting Nurse, the organization sought to evolve its brand to align with its broader services and geographic reach. Through One Lucky Guitar’s Soul Sessions workshops, we rebranded the organization, including name, visual identity and brand platform. Then, OLG developed and executed a rollout strategy, which included internal communications, website, collateral and advertising.

Additional Insight
Over a year after the launch of Stillwater Hospice, the organization has expanded its service area and launched the Water Lily Women’s Luncheon, a new signature event. Their team continues to applaud their strong rebrand and unified brand strategy for allowing them to successfully navigate their growth.
Since 1888, Stillwater Hospice has served families with a full suite of compassion services—from chronic disease management and hospice care, to palliative care and grief support.
While our services have expanded in the last 130+ years, our driving purpose never has: to deliver the most compassionate care to those we serve. From our family to yours, in everything we do, we Lead with Love.
"In 2022, the leadership team and board of directors launched a strategic plan that would guide our decision-making into the next three years. One of the eight strategic objectives focused on communications, outreach, and brand identity. Through OLG’s Soul Session process, we arrived at the decision to better tell our story through a new name and look. The OLG team assisted with this process and presented names and logo options for us to consider. After thoughtful consideration, we made the decision to make the change from Visiting Nurse to Stillwater Hospice. Our updated look, name, logo, and story better explain who we are and what we do."
