In mid-January, we bucked national trends and created a new job—University of Notre Dame alum Michelle Love joined us as account coordinator. We didn’t realize how bad we needed this position until Michelle filled it with such enthusiasm and passion for the work we’re doing. Welcome, Michelle!
In 2024, each OLG’er received a (surprise!) illustration on their anniversary, created by their colleague, Jonathan Barker. Each custom design was inspired by their personal interests + a style that reflects their personality + a “lucky guitar” that we think embodies those things! The sum of those pieces? Artwork as one-of-a-kind as they are.
In early 2019, we were approached by Northwest Allen County Schools (NACS) to partner on a comprehensive brand strategy consultation. The district, made up of seven elementary schools (soon to be eight!), two middle schools and one high school is well known in our community for their academic excellence, and has been lauded at the state level for their schools’ academic and athletic performance. Each school in the district its own little community.
