PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Landing was home to Fort Wayne’s first post office, theatre and hotel. It was on The Landing that our community first became a county, a township—even a city. Now, vibrancy returns to The Landing with 70 new apartments, a coffee shop, a brewpub, creative workspaces and more. One Lucky Guitar partnered with The Model Group (The Landing’s Cincy-based developer) to create the visual identity and communicate commercial and residential opportunities.

The Landing: at one time, the busiest street in Fort Wayne. Sometimes, history does repeat itself.
Results
Development of The Landing included unique, mostly local retail and restaurants, a coffee shop and brewpub; all destination-worthy. It is home to new apartments, and the energy of new and character-filled office space.
