Empowering Youth in Philanthropy

YEP—Youth Empowered Philanthropy— is a program ran by the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne that teaches high schoolers in Allen County about the world of charitable giving. Each year, a select group of students in grades 10-12 meet—not only learn about nonprofit work—but to make real decisions, with real money, to create an impact in the community.

In an effort to promote the program and allow the students themselves to become ambassadors to future YEP participants, OLG created video content that gave an upbeat overview of how the program operates and insight into what the current class has learned along the way.
