While it was still under construction, One Lucky Guitar partnered with The Model Group to create a social media presence for The Landing, a historic downtown Fort Wayne district being revived by the Cincinnati-based developers.
The Landing was home to Fort Wayne’s first post office, theatre and hotel. It was on The Landing that our community first became a county, a township—even a city. OLG helped our community envision what could be on The Landing leading up to and during construction and development.
We created The Landing’s social media presence from scratch, launching with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts. Our strategy for each was simple; increase public awareness and attract potential tenants (both residential and commercial) by creating consistent, timely, authentic and engaging content.
In the first six months, these accounts saw tremendous organic growth.
Today, The Landing is bustling—home to a local restaurants, businesses, apartments and more. On any given day, you can walk down to The Landing and feel its vibrancy—an experience promised via social media long before groundbreaking or grand opening.
