An important, yet often unseen part, of the fun we have here at OLG is organizing the information we write & design into brochures, web sites and other media.
I've recently been working on a site that involves a pretty robust application process with lots of forms and file uploads. Here's a little glimpse of the flowchart we developed to help organize the process for the applicant as well as the internal team who reviews the application. You can see the final flowchart and the messy sketch that it came from.
