The Year That Was

First off, thanks for reading this year. We sound like a broken record, but this was OLG’s favorite year yet…the year of the bike, as it were. We were able to work with amazing clients on genuine, inspired campaigns. It’s a thrill, really.

We also celebrated our tenth anniversary — Lucky Ten. When we thought about how to mark the occasion, we started wondering what might happen if we tried to book, promote, facilitate and wrangle together ten concerts…ten shows that would feature some of our favorite acts from around the world, along with our favorite local bands, all staged in our favorite local venues. With trusting, supportive clients, encouraging, collaborative friends and talented, open-minded partners — often all three are the same — these concerts all actually came to be. We even made a book about it. Click through as we chronicle the 11 shows of Lucky Ten. (Eleven? Hey, we just couldn’t stop.)

The Year That Will Be

We also cleaned up the One Lucky Guitar logo, taking the first step toward a greater tomorrow … and we can’t wait to continue the rollout in 2011 with a new web site, business suite and company van. (Yep, a van.)
