OLG Named Winner in HOW Interactive Design Awards

(Fort Wayne, Ind.) One Lucky Guitar (OLG) was named a winner in the 14th Annual HOW Interactive Design Awards for an animation series executed for American Specialty Insurance. This highly selective and well-regarded competition, sponsored by HOW magazine, recognizes outstanding interactive creative produced by individuals and creative agencies from around the world.

OLG received a merit award in the online promotions category for the animated video series it produced along side American Specialty Insurance. The videos were created to promote their NCAA Group Insurance Program and were embedded into an e-marketing campaign. The series featured a retro-arcade feel and sported a pixel-precious hero. Along with the animation, OLG specially produced a chip-tune soundtrack for the adventure. The result was an incredibly different way of looking at something that is usually not associated with the word “fun”—insurance.
