From Dependence to Independence

Measuring a human services organization’s impact on the lives of the people it touches can be been challenging. OLG recently partnered with Foellinger Foundation to create an animated video that visualizes the Foundation’s Independence Continuum, a tool of the new evaluation system for measuring grantees’ effectiveness in moving their clients from dependence to independence. Foellinger Foundation’s new evaluation system defines the basic stages on the Continuum, and outlines how clients progress toward independence based on housing, education, employment, transportation and support systems. Bringing The Landing to Life

This past fall, we worked with The Model Group to create a happening on The Landing for Visit Fort Wayne’s annual Be A Tourist In Your Own Hometown event. This opportunity gave visitors a look at the rich history of the street and a glimpse of the excitement to come with the new development.
