Annie directs all activity and touches every project at One Lucky Guitar. She has a unique background, with a bachelor’s degree in geology and a master’s in atmospheric sciences. Her journey led her through other project management roles before joining OLG.

Operations & Account Manager

Beth came to OLG after years of work in production management. She’s a community advocate, having served on the board of directors for many organizations including Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, Middle Waves Music Festival, Cinema Center and more. We’re pretty sure Beth knows everyone in Fort Wayne.

Chelsea and MK first met at Chelsea’s BFA exhibition; a couple years later, they’re coworkers. (Hey, students—those events really ARE important!) Chelsea’s a world traveler and brings her unique point of view and design style to OLG’s clients and the work we create for them.

Art Director

Jake is a long-time OLG’er who excels in designing for the “bigger picture”—a passionate and hard-working thinker intent on helping our clients succeed. Find Jake where the amps are loud, and the four-counts are fast.

Digital Marketing Manager

Jasmine is a strategist and content creator who specializes in digital formats. An avid reader, her native medium is writing and storytelling, and she wishes we still spoke like we were in the 1800s.

Originally from Griffith, Australia, Jonathan is an art director whose extensive experience in print and digital design, typography and illustration brings thoughtful, creative ideas and diverse design to our clients.

Owner

Matt founded One Lucky Guitar in late 2000, after buying a guitar from a musical hero. These days, Matt leads our brand consulting efforts—Soul Sessions—and has helped start The Good Ones Clothing, Middle Waves Music Festival and The B-Side at One Lucky Guitar. He plays mandolin and writes songs in The Legendary Trainhoppers.

Michelle manages many of OLG’s client relationships and is a responsible steward of our operations. A proud Notre Dame alumna, Michelle has been with OLG since 2010. She’s an active community member, serving on the Allen County Fairground board of directors. (See you at the fair!)

Olivia ensures our productions are creatively exceptional—as well as on time and on budget. Her lifelong love for design and style led her to become OLG’s set designer, and her entrepreneurial spirit includes founding OFabz.

Daffodil Hill

Daffodil Hill is the name of our stage in The B-Side at One Lucky Guitar. The B-Side is a super-intimate venue-within-our-office, home to singer-songwriters, listening parties, readings, performances and screenings. DH previously served as the cutting table—and center court for a million laughs, tears and heart-filling memories—at The Good Ones Clothing Company.
